Senior doctors assess fitness to travel and to undergo surgery. If travel is not safe, we say so, and advise on alternatives or care closer to home.

For high-risk or complex cases, a multidisciplinary team, surgeon, anaesthetist and intensivist and the relevant specialists, reviews operability and agrees the plan together before we proceed.

We recommend an accredited hospital and surgeon suited to the procedure, and share an itemised cost before any commitment.

Surgery & peri-operative care

Experienced specialists carry out the operation, with Nirantara keeping clinical oversight throughout the hospital stay.

Safety is the first thing we assess, not an afterthought. No operation is arranged until senior doctors have judged that your relative is fit to travel and to undergo surgery, and until an accredited hospital with the right expertise has been identified.

We recommend a hospital and surgeon based purely on clinical suitability and track record. The final decision is always yours, made with a clear cost and explanation in front of you.

Then we will say so. We would rather give you an honest answer than arrange something unsafe, and we can talk through the alternatives with you.

We agree a follow-up and complications plan before travel, coordinated with a doctor in the UK or back home, so there is a clear route to care rather than uncertainty.

You receive an itemised estimate before you commit to anything, with no hidden charges. We can recommend appropriate care across a range of budgets without compromising quality.
